#thingsyouseewhenrunning – W/E 20/3/2016 -Video
Last week was a good week running. I’m still having issues with my scheduling but I can feel spring starting to hit. I even ran in short sleeves a few times. A couple of speedy runs improved my confidence. I still haven’t got the pace I had last year but I’m getting there. The addition of a session of either Intervals, Pyramid Intervals or Hill repeats every week is having an effect. My recent tweaking of my diet is giving me some more energy and enable me to slowly shift the extra Winter pounds that seemed to appear over the cold months.
I ran 3 Trail sessions in the week and last weeks long run involved running the trail over the big hill a lot of times. So this weeks long run was on the road. I stuck to a steady pace and picked up the official traildog for the final 6k who wanted me to have a sprint finish! Anyway a short video of some of the sights from my weekends running.
