Pull up a Chair
So I’ve had this blog around for quite a while, I started using it but then did the major part of my blogging at MFP. It was more for convenience than anything else because overall that actual blogging software is pretty poor. A bit like the prodigal son I have returned, I have realised what a good resource this is and with the design help of my lovely wife we’ve had a bit of a facelift and are back in full random mode. Those of you who come from the MFP direction will notice some posts that are familiar. Since that blog no longer exists I am adding some of the content from there. Some of the posts will be pretty much the same others will be highly updated. They will however all be dated when they were originally written and posted.
I am excited about the control this blog gives me as it enables me to have some posts behind a login that I don’t wish the whole world to see (you can ask for a login). I’m pretty much over the internet anyway so most of the information that will be publically viewable I’m happy with. This blog though enables me to have far more control of the content and keep the err undesirables at bay.
Also as I’m not just hosting this on a Health and fitness site I’m more comfortable posting content that will not relate to that subject, though a large portion will obviously revolve around that. As I’ve said before I am humbled that anyone will read what I write as I write primarily for myself. I would like to thank you in advance for using some of your precious time to consider what a formally proportionally challenged 40 something runner has to say.
I am still working on this so there are still some new content to be added. I’m hoping to add a section on products I use and recommend and also some things I’ve learned on my way to what can be called a Runner, basically the things I wish people had told me at the beginning (or at least a wee bit sooner).
Feel free to check out my other places around the net, you can see these by looking on the right hand side at the top. Thank you.
