I want to be Overweight for Christmas!
Numbers, I like numbers they can tell us a lot. So I thought I’d have a look at my numbers I started at the humongous (now that’s a great word) 333 pounds I have lost 107 pounds so that means I’ve lost 32% of my overall body weight.
Running I started running in May since then I’ve run 417 miles. My highest monthly mileage was October when I ran 137 miles. My Highest weekly Mileage was 40 miles. My overall average over the past 8 weeks is just over 30 miles a week. I started off running 14.25 min miles I now can run (on a good day) sub 11 minute miles. My furthest distance I have run continuously is 12.2 miles.
In 44 weeks I have lost 107 pounds. So that’s a mean average of 2.4 pounds a week. I have gone from a BMI of 46.4 to my now BMI of 31.5.
I don’t normally give myself weightloss goals but I have decided by Christmas I’d like to be officially overweight. So I need to hit 15st 5 pounds (215 pounds) So I need to lose 7 pounds before Christmas so going by my numbers that should be achievable. So here’s to being overweight.
