Another Week another Number.
I try not to get to obsessed over numbers the problem is in the fitness world numbers mean progress from your weight loss to your time running over a certain distance. It’s all numbers so these numbers are important but it is important to put them in perspective as I mentioned HERE.
So this weeks numbers show I’ve lost another 5 pounds. So that’s 5 stone 9 (79 pounds) in total in just over 5 months. I say so myself that’s pretty impressive but putting it in perspective there is still a way to go. I have worked hard over the past couple of weeks on the exercise front I’ve swam a lot and quite a bit of running with that Labrador of mine. The exercise though may ease up a wee bit over the next few weeks as I prepare for our house move. It won’t mean I’m not exercising just the exercising isn’t in a loggable form. Moving house though definitely is exercise!
